Dear friends!
Some years ago I read at “Muscle&Fitness” magazine, that load increasing in negative phase of motion must show good results to increase muscular mass.
Also known, that powerlifters use metallic chains for increasing load in positive phase of motion.
I’ve invented an appliance that may be used to achieve both purposes.
