I continue to receive a bill for a book I received, but did not order and returned. I have been unsuccessful at contacting you over the phone...only your pay me and order from me lines are willing to accept a call. Perhaps the FTC would be willing to accept your call in my stead. You have 48 hours to respond. Thank you.

for some time i have been having your books the last one i wanted was the peoples pharmacy each time i send you the card which is in the back of the leaflet you send me it keeps coming back to me so i have decided to try this way could you send me the book please

I received a book in the mail that I never ordered. I refused the book and returned it to the sender right away. Three weeks later I get a bill for $53.89. I have tried calling the 1-800 number on the bill. The line is either buzy or no one answers. I do not want anything to do with this book club. I think Rodale got my address from a trial subscription I had with Prevention Magazine months ago. As soon as I got my first issue I cancelled the subscription. That was on August 25, 2007.
