Quincy Newspapers, Inc.Ralph M. Oakley is the CEO of Quincy Newspapers, Inc.. Quincy Newspapers, Inc. is a regional media company most active in the American midwest. The company originated with the newspapers of Quincy, Illinois, and it's history can be traced back to 1835, when the Illinois Bounty Land Register was one of only four newspapers in all of Illinois. Over the next century, a number of mergers followed, including the creation of the Quincy Herald-Whig, which still operates under that name today.
