After buying the business, Wasserstein renamed it Prism Business Media. Primedia Business Information served 20 business markets with 70 publications, more than 100 Web sites, 25 events and 50 directories and data products. Once known as Intertec Publishing, the company was renamed Primedia Business Information after Primedia Inc. acquired it. Primedia Business Information generated sales of $224.8 million in 2004. |
