Alan J Porter Pittsburgh Pa USA | Posted at 10:51am on Monday, March 2nd, 2009 | This man is the scourge of the newspaper industry in many states, the Pittsburgh Pirates and Seven Spring Ski area both located in Pennsylvania.
With a carpetbagger mentality, and the values of an old school WV coal baron he is wringing the dollars out his customers with little regard for their needs or input.
Please vote with your dollars and let this dinosaur style of business rethink it's future!!!

Rebecca Sinclair Wheeling, West Virginia | Posted at 8:20am on Saturday, February 7th, 2009 | I would like to contact Robert Nutting but am unable to find an email address anywhere. I've discovered that his sales staff in the Wheeling market share a computer. Hey, it's the 21st Century people!! You can buy laptops for a song! Also tried to get information on listing my new business in their EZ to Use Big Book but low and behold, there is no contact via email on that site. I'm having second thoughts about doing business with this firm.

Dick Kalfus Cape Coral, Florida | Posted at 4:41pm on Wednesday, February 4th, 2009 | I read a number of Ogden Newspapers and find them to be professional in content. The staff is courteous, informative, objective, and very cooperative. The Breeze, especially, is led editorially by, in my opinion, a true journalism professional.

Samantha Vanstrom Jamestown, NY | Posted at 9:59am on Thursday, January 29th, 2009 | I moved to the Jamestown, NY area a year and a half ago and have never witnessed an edition of the Jamestown Post-Journal that did not contain obvious and insulting grammatical errors. The writing has been sub-par, and the editing even worse. I frequently find errors in even the headlines. Despite my, and many others', complaints and corrections, it seems no one at the paper cares too much to put out a decent paper.

Tom Petry Florida | Posted at 11:00am on Wednesday, April 11th, 2007 | I recently placed my father's obituary in one of your news paper editions(Wheeling Intelligencer). I have emailed several times requesting help with little to no response.
My latest attempt in getting some assitance was sent in an email and was as follows: "I attempted to contact someone on Monday (4/9) and resolve the online record issue for my Father's Obituary.
I was contacted and assured the obituary was in the Sunday April 8th Edition of the Intelligencer (Wheeling News- Register). However, I requested information on why the online information skipped April 8th - Obituary information; there is currently obituary information for April 1st thru April 7th, and April 9th thru April 11th. I received an email stating, they did not know why April 8th was skipped and they would look into it. I responded, requesting information on when it would be available. Today, I have not received any response to why it was missed or when it will be available for review online.
Please help me out; I live in Florida and many of the relatives are no longer in Wheeling. The obituary was run in the Wheeling paper due to living there for many, many years and my father working and growing up there; however, I also knew the obituaries are online at your website for access. My wife also grew up in Wheeling and reads the paper online daily. She stated in the years of reading the online information she had never seen a day skipped.
In honor of my father and to a**t my family in a small way-- in their grieving process; please place the April 8th Obituaries (specifically my father's - Thomas C. Petry Sr.) online as normally practiced. This will mean a lot to my family and father's friends and to me."
Is there a chance you can help provide some assitance in getting this information placed online as normally done for, 14 days?
Thank you for your understanding and help!
Sincerely,
Thomas C. Petry Jr.
