MOST OF THE EVENTS OCCURED IN AUSTIN, TEXAS.(Brief)

I am Daniel Pavon Cuellar and took my son Sebastian Pavon Cuellar to Mexico, The mother is Samantha Lowry.

Samantha was to arrive to Mexico in May 28, instead she filed all types warrants on false grounds, and even secret suits(without any notification) This way, she obtained a judgement of 35 million dollars, plus the theft of 1732 original paintings, my homestead and so much more.

Part of the secret suit was against my parents, who are from Mexico, but she brough this suit out of their jurisdiction.

Finally and greement was reach of joint custody, and all to start from the beginning, but she kidnapped my son.

Along with all of this evidence, includes her perjuries, perjuries of a police detective(firend of samantha) and her attorney, and all documents that prove the fraud, including obtaining a 4117 child support a month(when my income was 18 000 for a whole year) how the attorneys forged attorneys fees and even duplicate them in two courts(same amounts and charges, using them in two different cases) and even how they manipulated police, FBI and Judges, News, even all the way to Tony Blair and Gus Garcia by misleading them and making lies. To be able to make their fraud.

Once my parents found about the secret suit( nearly three months after it was won) they sue back, once my father delivered the evidence, he was shot to dead within to weeks, yet the evidence has not been exposed.





If you wish, I can send the evidence proven all of the following with court documents, police reports and other legal documents in short, (a book about 10 pages of reference and description, and about 300 documents of evidence as proof.

I believe you will be very pleased with the evidence, since it proves all beyond any possible doubt.
It includes:
I left May 25 with my son to Mexico
- The emails between me and samantha and how I was doing all to return.

- How they Samantha and her attorney blocked our return.
- How samantha stood me and seb up in Laredo and did not send anyone with our travel documents.
- How samantha refused to send our travel documents or a letter that we could enter the U.S
- How they refused to sign any agreement for me to deliver sebastian
Instead:
- How the fraudulent attorneys filed a suit of custody 5 days after I left claiming sebastian was in Austin, Texas, with risk of international abduction, and to place restrictions against me to obtain any travel documents for my son, and if I would violate the order, I will be subject to criminal and civil penalties
- Perjury in Alternative service by the attorney for me to be unaware of the suits
- from there they claim I violated the order and they issue a parental kidnapping warrant
- from there and unable to return, they win the custody suit, over 200000 in attorneys fees, take my son anywhere she wishes, and me without rights, 4117 child support a month (when my income for last year was $0 and for 2006 $ 18000
- Also she keeps my homestead until the child turn 18,(and all my posessions inside)
- And she can auction the remaining 500 paintings left, (the other 1200 susan the mother of samantha claims the LOWRY FAMILY burned them (see them in Dapacu.com)
They got away with this amounts claiming the bank account of my parents was mine because I appeared as P:O:D payable on dead(beneficiary) and 144 acres in west austin were mine, (all deeded to my mother, on her sole name, deeds, deed records, and payments all done by her), but they got away with it, fooling the judge,
- Also the friend of samantha police detective and how he lied in the police reports, proven with the same police reports of other officers.
- Also his perjury to make the warrant
- also endless perjuries of samantha in court to get the money of my family.

But the fraudulent attorneys and The Lowries (the contract of custody is between the parents of samantha, samantha and Joe D Milner) filed a Totally secret suit as well, this time against my parents, claiming they were aiding and abetting me and all events happened in Travis county, and therefore jurisdiction of Travis (even when they were not in the U.S at anytime, and they are mexican residents and citizens) So not even jurisdiction of Travis, or the United States. and doing all to make sure they will not know about the suit, so also perjury by the person making the service.



The boyfriend of samantha,(Arrived to Mexico around may 28!) and her brother and sisters, threatening and harrassing my parents in Mexico, including throwing them rocks each time they walk out of their home, until they had to leave their home.
Even when they knew where they were, they did not served them there.
- Instead they send raids, (known by samantha and her family and published in U.K newspapers) but without any records in Mexican police or any entity. First one raid, then three, people entered and even lived in My parents home, an stolen a lot of things, but the bank statement used and where I appeared as P.O.D was stolen from my parents home in Mexico.
- They win the suit without any of us without any knowledge of such suit for 35 000 000

- One month later they start a fund raiser internationally...

We finally reach an agreement and since samantha and Milner blocked our return, we agreed to start all from the beginning, so an agreement was signed, reviewed, and modified by her attorney,
And agreement for joint custody while the court will decided.
I deliver my son to her, she delivered my travel documents, I will see my son 4 hours a day but that same day, she kidnapped my son and took him to England, even when it was notarized by both embassies, that same day she notarized an "Under duress".
Consuls of both embassies where present, SRE and notary public, pediatrician etc...

As my parents found about the suit, they sued samantha.


Against the restrictions of the doctor due to a heart condition of my mother, My parents flew to Austin on or around January 24 , 2008, to attempt court hearing and give a deposition
My father delivered the evidence to the fraud, and suddenly they cancelled the court and the depo, they returned to mexico without doing anything and with a terrible flu.
They came back to Mexico, and stayed in Bed for about a week an a half, as my parents walked out for a walk to get some phone bills , My father was shot to dead. Murdered. On february 8, 2008

On february 26, we received a deadly life threat if we will go to the "states"

Tell Immelt that due to the countless number of out of control news reporting by his company that contain so many lies and irresponsibility by his news staffs that I will boycott GE products whenever possible. I know that just being one person doing this will have little impact on his bottom line but I plan to enlist as many friends, co-workers and family members that I can. Immelt may not realize this but there is a quiet ground swell starting in America to do what I am doing and hopefully it will grow until he makes his news reporting unbiased and honest. If you have a conscience you out to be ashamed Mr. Immelt of what you are allowing to be broadcast over the airways!

All around the United States of America, parents are loosing their very own children by hearsay, lies, false documentation of CPS workers, and lack of judges from honoring their own oath. The business of removing children with intent to sell the children has become a big human trafficking government mofia, which is kept silent, as both children and parents are violated and victimized of the Human, Civil, and Constitutional Rights, our soldiers have and are laying down their lives for. This is a hush hush government reality. Parents have no where to go for help.

I am a woman that has witnessed how our government has taken away all rights for democracy, liberty, and justice, from a woman who fled with her infant from abuse, only for the infant to be given to the abuser, with great intent, by Child Protection Services. Governor of Indiana, Mitch Daniels, who campaigned to have an open door policy regarding the crimes and negligence of Child Protection Services, now called Dept of Children, failed to do so, with purpose, as this governmental agency is a large money making business of human trafficking and literally defaming parents without regards for the Constitutional, Civil, or Human Rights. Lawmakers have no clue on the reality of what CPS is doing. What they say and what they really do, is a different as night is to day.

Be cautious of what the government in regards to the agency that is to 'protect', says and does, as they failed to honor all laws and rights citizens have, including the rights and wel-fare of children. Political officials make promises, but once elected, their campaign promises of the election is forgotten. I clearly remember the promise of Mitch Daniels, "I will have an open door policy regarding Child Protection Services". That is a laugh. When an agency of the government is given full reign without over sight, human trafficking, child laundrying business, and money laudrying, will become the only factor of the focus, not to protect. Mitch Daniels has failed to respond to many Indiana Citizens with his 'open door'. We, the citizens of Indiana and the United States know the truth of corruption, violation of Civil, Constitutional, and Human Rights, as we have be terrorized and victimized by the largest terrorist group in the world, The U.S. Child Protection Services, government agency.

How can democracy be upheld in the United States of America, when complaints against judges are reviewed by their own friend peers, Child Protection Services, investigated by their own department agency, or the Attorney General for the state to be the legal counsel for all government agencies, to deliberately ignore the crimes the state workers commit against citizens?

Who is legal counsel for the citizens?

We pay for the government to function, and we have to pay again with a private attorney to have our rights up-held!! In Indiana, the political figures function on their own agenda, not the needs of the citizens. Just like the attorney for Child Protection Services, as he threatens all who attempt to recite the laws, statutes, Civil, Constitutional, and Human Rights. When citizens inquire for information regarding the use of funds and the amount of federal re-inbursement given to the government agency, CPS, they refuse to honor the Freedom of Information Act and Open Access Indiana. When will the lives of children and families be important?

I am contacting you because it is not right that you host a spanish channel on american television without even offering so much as english subtitles. If I need the news I can change the channel but you offer shows like 12 Corazones, which has contestents from america, and are more interesting then most english shows and people don't know what's going on. I'm not asking you to put it in english but english subtitles would be nice.
