On March 8, 2004 she was found guilty of all charges, and was sentenced to five months in prison and five months house arrest, along with a $30,000 fine. Martha Stewart served her prison sentence at the Federal Corrections Camp in Alderson, West Virginia, then boarded a private jet to do 5 months of house arrest on her 153 acre, $16 million estate in Katonah, New York.
