Robert Wilson Atlanta, GA USA | Posted at 5:21am on Wednesday, January 13th, 2010 | I can't believe a large company like this cares so little for it's custemers. Every other week for 3 months one of my cable boxes is shut off by their system, I have to call some very unhelpful customer no-service people and spend an untold amount of time getting what I pay for.
How did you get this big with service so bad??

Vee Bryant Detroit USA | Posted at 1:18am on Wednesday, December 30th, 2009 | We have been customers for over twenty years and now will changed due to the fact they cut my cable off for owning $59.00 two weeks ago. Also, today I made a payment on line in the morning, in the afternoon recieved a January 2, 2010 cancellation letter through the mail and they cut off my cable that night. This happened all in the same day.

Lori McMaster Langley, United States | Posted at 11:10am on Friday, December 4th, 2009 | Well I am just thankful Comcast is an American corportation and not bought up by other countries like allot of corporation. Maybe there are some glitches but it is far more important to keep Comcast home than international.

Joey Hanford, Ca | Posted at 2:54am on Saturday, November 21st, 2009 | I have to say that ive been a comcast customer for a long time as well. most of you probably dont know this, but before it was AT&T, it was Cable One. Anyways, i have noticed that every cable company has its ups and downs. I like that i dont need to have a cable box for each of my tvs in the house. We have one DVR/Cable box in the living room and that is it. The others are plugged directly into the coaxial cable for basic cable, because thats all i want. I figure that if you cant find something interesting on with 65-70 cable channels, then YOU DONT NEED TO BE WATCHING TV! For all you people threatening to get directv, etc, GET A LIFE! On the directv ads when they say "Get 4 DVRS for free", guess what? YOURE GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY FOR THE THREE EXTRA RECEIVERS! i believe the same goes for dishnet as well.
As far as customer service and repairs, it has been nothing but excellent for me. if i have a problem, they come and fix it. whenever i ask for something cheaper to save some money, they give me all the choices of what i have. they always reason with me.
I also do like the ON demand feature where you can watch most of your shows and movies for free.
Anyways, thats all i have to say. Hope everyone has a happy holiday season.

Frustrated Rising Sun | Posted at 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 | Why do all the video clips come from Fox news which is the most republican biased news show there is? I would really like to see some variety of video sponsors which are more balanced. This is an insult to broad minded individuals and it has lead me to consider changing internet and cable providers.

M Rogers Shreveport, LA | Posted at 5:20pm on Sunday, October 18th, 2009 | I have lived every comment I read in here. We , wanted to add two TV to our home, but we did not have enough power in the home and could not get Comcast to put a booster on the poll to run them. This being the topper reason, we changed to Directv, but kept our comcast phone & internet. Do you know that Comcast HAD THE BALLS to call us up and go up on our service because we no longer had all items bundled! But, yet we could not get them out to our house so that we could even watch the TV's ---BYE BYE COMCAST FOREVER!!!

Ava Fitzpatrick Blue Springs, Mo, US | Posted at 4:01pm on Friday, August 7th, 2009 | I have been a Comcast customer for a long time even before it was Comcast. I have usually been pleased with my service and the worker's. Now most of the worker's call you a valued customer which appears to be just works. There are no managers to speak with and the worker's act like they could care less. Bigger businesses than Comcast have failed due to poor management and that is what I see recently. Good luck.
