Are you seriously expecting us to pay per box per tv that we have in our home? I am already paying too high a price and the majority of the channels offered in my area are of no interest to me nor will they ever be.

I have found a liberal bias in your reporting on political items. today calvin woodward said obama "had the facts on his side". this statement definitely falls in the editorial opinion realm and should be recognised as such by those in charge of your company.
if i had any better internet options i surley change.

Comcast is the biggest disappointment in our city. I can't stand Comcast and I don't know anyone who even can. They have NEVER, NEVER, NEVER made it to a single appointment they make with me. I am so angry and frustrated with this company I just don't even know what to do. I have a job and if I make an appointment for a cable person to show up during a WIDE time frame I have to take vacation time to sit at home and wait for someone to show up. They NEVER do!! The last time I had to deal with these low lifes it took me THREE appointments. Now I've actually canceled my cable service and they are going to charge me a downgrade fee and more for internet and set an appointment with me to collect their cable box for which I have to take vacation and they don't show up. Comcast OWES ME for all the vacation time I've had to take to deal with them as well as pain and suffering having to deal with their un-friendly, un-knowledgeable, customer service departments. How do these people keep their jobs? Does Comcast have NO discipline and dismissal policies in place or maybe they just train their employees to give as much abuse to their customers as they can. I don't know. Desperate for a different option on getting internet service...

I WOULD LOVE TO SIT DOWN WITH THE CEO OF COMCAST BECAUSE HE COULDN'T POSSIBLY UNDERSTAND HOW BAD COMCAST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTEROFFICE COMMUNICATION SUCKS. THEY MESS UP EVERY ORDER! I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 46 MIN NOW. IF WE ALL BOYCOTT COMCAST, THEN MAYBE WE WILL GET SOME RESULT! SEND EMAILS TO YOUR FRIENDS, GO ON FACEBOOK, MYSPACE, TWITTER, I MEAN GO ANYWHERE YOU CAN TO GO TO GET OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE TRIED OF COMCAST AND THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOYCOTT WITH US! WE CAN SHOW THEM BETTER THEN WE CAN TELL THEM. I AM TRIED AND SOOOOOOOO MAD I JUST WANT TO CRY! WE PAY THEIR BILLS AND HELP THEM FEED THEIR FAMILIES AND THIS IS HOW WE ARE REPAID. I SAY ITS TIME TO BOYCOTT COMCAST. BOYCOTT COMCAST! BOYCOTT COMCAST! IT TIME TO SHOW THEY THEY NEED TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER WITH SOME RESPECT!

I can't believe a large company like this cares so little for it's custemers. Every other week for 3 months one of my cable boxes is shut off by their system, I have to call some very unhelpful customer no-service people and spend an untold amount of time getting what I pay for.

How did you get this big with service so bad??

We have been customers for over twenty years and now will changed due to the fact they cut my cable off for owning $59.00 two weeks ago. Also, today I made a payment on line in the morning, in the afternoon recieved a January 2, 2010 cancellation letter through the mail and they cut off my cable that night. This happened all in the same day.

Well I am just thankful Comcast is an American corportation and not bought up by other countries like allot of corporation. Maybe there are some glitches but it is far more important to keep Comcast home than international.

I have to say that ive been a comcast customer for a long time as well. most of you probably dont know this, but before it was AT&T, it was Cable One. Anyways, i have noticed that every cable company has its ups and downs. I like that i dont need to have a cable box for each of my tvs in the house. We have one DVR/Cable box in the living room and that is it. The others are plugged directly into the coaxial cable for basic cable, because thats all i want. I figure that if you cant find something interesting on with 65-70 cable channels, then YOU DONT NEED TO BE WATCHING TV! For all you people threatening to get directv, etc, GET A LIFE! On the directv ads when they say "Get 4 DVRS for free", guess what? YOURE GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY FOR THE THREE EXTRA RECEIVERS! i believe the same goes for dishnet as well.
As far as customer service and repairs, it has been nothing but excellent for me. if i have a problem, they come and fix it. whenever i ask for something cheaper to save some money, they give me all the choices of what i have. they always reason with me.

I also do like the ON demand feature where you can watch most of your shows and movies for free.

Anyways, thats all i have to say. Hope everyone has a happy holiday season.

Why do all the video clips come from Fox news which is the most republican biased news show there is? I would really like to see some variety of video sponsors which are more balanced. This is an insult to broad minded individuals and it has lead me to consider changing internet and cable providers.
