All i have to say is that if you think your frustrated hear me out!! The ceo of comcast Brian L Roberts apparentely owns a house on Martha's Vineyard where me and my family have lived for 5 generations, beautiful yes!! Only problem is that he and a few other executive frequent here and have owned houses in the past....and yes we have NO comcast service on Chappaquiddick and not much of a choice on the rest of the island. As a matter of fact there is an article in the M.V. Times as we speak! So basically good luck, its been a constant battle with no light at the end of my tunnel. I just wish that they would stop answering their phone with "Thank you for choosing Comcast, How can I help you?"

Where do I start. Lets go back to the beginning about 4 months ago. Called to get service at my new residence. Stupid I was. The tech don't know anything about hook-ups. They got here and it been hell ever since. I had cable running thru my hallways to reach my bedroom. They told me it was OK. Not bad until i tripped and fell. That started the trouble. Then he could not figure out how to program the remote, then the wireless, well that is another story. He it is the new year. I paid the bill before the due date and it has been a living lie ever since. The so-called customer service is just down right RUDE. No respect from those people at all. Customer service my ass. Example: one rep said I was a smart-ass when i questioned the bill. I got charged all these extra fees for paying bill on time. What a joke. Tried to talk to someone and that is at least a 20 min wait and that is a short time. When you do get someone they claim they have to record of any conversation that you may have had. Today is Jan. 2 and i just got my cable and internet turned back on after 10 days of talking, arguing and being lied to. I will NOT be talked to the way those reps talk to you. I suggest the CEO look at what is really going on. I wish I had the money he has and fire all the people that are extremely ignorant to all the hard working people out there. I would really like for someone to give me one honest answer and and not hear "I do understand". Bull Sh-t answer. Do your job or put people in there that care. Very upset and angry to the point I want to pitch everything outside and run it over. I am looking into another company that has respect. Your company sucks from top to bottom. Will never recommend comcast to anyone.Who is going to compensate me for time off work , phone minutes, and just pure aggrevation for your company ignorance? I hope to speak to someone with some common sense. VERY DISSATISFIED in VIRGINIA. Somebody in upper management needs to contact me in reference to all the ignorant remarks the service center has said to me and my husband. I will talk to you about this in detail when someone calls me back. You have my number

WE have $70 per month cable plan and can find nothing worth watching on any of our chanels. But worse of all is all the "paid" commercials programs that are on. Hours and hours and channel after channel of paid commercials on channels I am PAYING to see. Comcast is getting paid by the vendors and by ME!! I would much rather see movies or entertainment for the money I pay. not commercials.

I couldn't hate Comcast more if they burned down my house. I have one month left on my contract and it is adios, au revoir, good-bye, f-you!

Just getting a freaking rep on the freaking line would be good for starters. In the last 2 months I have spent hrs. on hold or cut off in middle of a call after a series of audio beeps that were prompted by your call center. I am about to cancel service or transfer service with or without you. I am so dissatisfied with your customer service; I am willing to take my stories to many other military people whom I both work with and for. During my service contract with you for the last two years, I have had several overcharges, three incorrect service hookups and three very rude phone calls from your agents. When I asked what kind of deal you can do for me when I transfer to NJ I get car salesmen pressure and tactics. YOU NEED A FOCUS GROUP PEOPLE. When you contact me, I expect a supervisor to contact me not someone who doesn't have the authority to compromise. I am either going with Verizon which I already have my phone with or you.
