This is a lovely and colourful site. I believe that these stories would make fabulous viewing, which the entire family would enjoy. Having talent as a writer is one thing, however finding a publisher to consider the work is no easy task. Especially an unknown author. Gee, does anyone ever give anyone a chance these days. I'm a 13 year old kid working on my 3rd book. I write comics and adventure stories. I'm also a cartoonist in training. I'm writing this letter with the hopes of one day seeing my work on the big screen. I just need to know how I can translate these ideas into a published book for all to see. Your help with my dreams and ideas would be greatly appreaciated.

I am an unpublished author, who has written a few stories, with a whole lot of ideas in my head. It would really be an honour if Disney Publishing could read some of my stories, and advise me on the best way to have my stories published, maybe even turned into a movie script.

I continue to travel with my family as possible. For his Senior trip, all four of us went with son "Enrique" choice, Mexico City on Spring Break 2007. We now have a photo of us on a boat in the Xochomilco Gardens, which is eerily a duplicate of when my Great Grandparents were there 80 years before! (I think we might have even been on the same boat!) During the Summer of that same year, daughter "Katarena" needed to make a college visit in Hawaii. The four of us once again made a rush trip there in five days, most of it seemed to be on an airplane! And, now, during Spring Break 2008, I finally took a 125-mile/200km/2-day pedal from El Paso to Orogrande NM. It was my first opportunity after TWO DECADES! I just wanted to see if my older body could still handle it, after a significant gain of mass and surgery on my left knee. I DID IT! I am finally finishing up some long-left, but not ignored, writing about our 7-week odyssey Down Under. Chapter 7 is now posted on my website: www.juanitohayburg.com

I had subscribed to Disney Adventures for my daughter and have only received October & November issues. It's been 3 months and I haven't received any since November. Come to find out on my own terms after searching on the web that they no longer publish Disney Adventures. There is no number and no website that I can find to see how I will get my refund back. They knew they were going to discontinue but neglected to let us subscribers know. If they really wanted to refund us back they would have sent us information through the mail. I'm really disappointed.

How does one become "solicited" with Disney?? Can anyone get close to them, let alone to having someone read my (already published) book? I've sent it off once, only to get it sent returned to sender, without so much as a note!
