Hi, my name is sally ... i live in georgia .:X my biggest wish is to be actress . I want to make my life better. i do not know what to say.. I can not say it to my friends and to my family.. I love disney channel really and i want to act on disney. I live in georgia.. That is my wish and i hope that every thing will be ok ! I think i can carry out my dream ! I have not experience but i have a biggest wish.. I do ot want this for money or for career . I want this only because i love it.. When i am acting i fel like i am the one in this world ! It is the best feeling ! I want help.. still i think that it is not possible. But I hope that i will have something in my life ... I want help.. Really i want help and i decided to say it to my friend .... she is for me like a sister and i hope that she will say trught.... Please help :( And I think that is the best to be actor on disney channel... That's my dream really.. I will do everything....everything ! So I have a reason for this everything // Please help ! I walways wanted that , i am acting only when i am alone because i am afraid really, i do not know i have no idea why but it is so i was acting for myself when i was i do not know 2-3-4 years old and i liked it but now i understood that i can not live without acting and i am very sad really because i can not shoe my acting no one but it can not continue so .. i understood that when i was alonne at home i was sitting and i was plaing section from twilight , i was very happy at that moment and than i thought and udndersood that if i will continue so i will have nothing in my life i understood that set on computer and i began reading about acting and i understood everything! So please help me.. i understood that i will have nothing if i will sit home and do nothing, but i can not do that without your help and please help me someone ** my family doesnot know that i am writing this and they doesnot know that i want help ... i think this year i will have theatergoer and than i will see what will say my family but i hope that everything will be ok ! I live in georgia i live very far But if something will be on siney channel my family will take me ! So please help me !!!!!!!!! I had seen every plural of every movie and i often play some moments from some movies <3 And i love very much hannah montana and suite life on deck <3 So please help me and write me .. I will do everything to be who i want in my life.. I want only your help !( Thank you )

Disney, ABC Station Owners Agree to Share Pay-TV Fees
-- On February 17, 2011, Bloomberg News reported:
"Walt Disney Company, owner of the ABC Television Network, said it reached an agreement with some affiliate stations to collect a share of the retransmission fees they obtain from pay-TV systems.
The agreement, along with accords Disney-owned stations have reached with pay TV operators, covers 64 percent of the U.S., Anne Sweeney, president of the Disney/ABC Television Group, said at an investor meeting today. Stations may pay a license fee to Disney or share fees they collect from cable and satellite TV systems, she said. Other terms weren’t disclosed.
The agreement advances Disney’s effort to receive so-called retransmission fees from pay-TV carriers for signals that are available free over the air. The company announced such an agreement today with Verizon Communications Inc.’s FiOS pay-TV service and has similar accords with Cablevision Systems Corporation, the New York-area cable company, and Time Warner Cable Inc."

Judge Denies Disney's Request for New Trial in 'Millionaire' Dispute
-- Award of damages to show's creators upheld, the Los Angeles Times reported on December 21, 2010:
"Judge Virginia Phillips denied Disney's motions seeking to throw out the jury's July verdict or to order a new trial in the 6-year-old dispute. Disney has 30 days in which to appeal the decision.
The British creators of the game show, Celador International, sued Disney in 2004, claiming it had been denied its ability to profit from the success of the game show, which aired on the entertainment giant's ABC Television Network for three years, beginning in the summer of 1999. Celador argued that a series of "sweetheart deals" struck among a clutch of Disney-owned companies kept the show in the red, even as it became ABC's first No. 1 show in more than a decade.
Celador had asked the jury to award damages of up to $395 million, based on experts' estimates of the profit "Millionaire" would have generated had the network paid a fair-market price. The jury awarded slightly less -- $260 million in network fees and $9.2 million in money owed from the sale of related merchandise.
Phillips later tacked on $50 million in prejudgment interest to be paid to Celador."

Jury Decides Disney Must Pay $270 Million to 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' Creator
On July 7, 2010, a federal jury awarded Celador International, Ltd. $269.4 million in damages after unanimously finding that Disney subsidiaries, ABC Television, Buena Vista Television, and Valleycrest Productions, Ltd. had breached their contract with Celador to share profits from the enormously successful game show "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?". In reaching its verdict, the nine member jury also unanimously found that the defendants breached the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing they owed to Celador. The jury deliberated for two and a half days before reaching its verdict.
The lawsuit, filed in 2004, arose over a dispute regarding profits from the highly successful game show. "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?", which became a smash hit in 1999 and took ABC from #4 to #1 in network rankings, was created by British company Celador International, Ltd. which licensed the rights to ABC Television and Buena Vista Television for North America. In return, Celador was to share fifty-fifty in expected profits from the show.
But based on accountings generated by The Walt Disney Co., not only did the show -- which aired on ABC for three years and has been in syndication for ten years -- never make a profit, it generated over $70 million in "losses" for Disney. The jury found otherwise after a four week trial in Riverside, Calif.
Paul Smith, chairman of Celador, said, "I am pleased that justice has been done and thank the jury for their wisdom and the time they have taken to consider this complex case."

Will Disney sell the "Miramax" name back to the Weinstein brothers? The Wrap asked the question on November 2, 2009:

The Disney media machine is a terrible misuse of media, to mind control and brain wash kids as soon as they come out of the womb. Furthermore, most of the movies are filled with perverted sexual innuendos, astrological and esoteric symbolism. Using occult knowledge, as a type of hypnotic, producing trance state like audiences to subliminally communicate whatever twisted messages to the subconscious mind. Disney has become the most masterful of all in this sacred, ancient form of human communication. The right sounds, words, colors, frequencies, geometric shapes symbols, etc., can shape and mold the way people think and act without them even knowing, is a travesty... People need to do their homework.
Free your mind..Turn off the T.V., Turn off the Movies, Time to pay attention to whats going on around you and not what your being told by these multi billion dollar corporations who dont give a crap about you.
